About

The 32X (1994) plugs into the Genesis cartridge slot and adds two 32-bit SuperH processors and a second video layer, for 3D polygons and many more colours. It came out weeks before the Saturn and Sega dropped it within two years.

Its library is small: Virtua Racing Deluxe, Star Wars Arcade, Doom, Space Harrier, After Burner Complete and Knuckles' Chaotix, the only Sonic-series game made for it.
