About

MS-DOS ran on IBM PC compatible computers through the 1980s and much of the 1990s, and for most of that time it was the home of PC gaming. Games talked straight to the hardware: sound from the PC speaker, AdLib or Sound Blaster, graphics from CGA through EGA to VGA.

The library spans adventure games from Sierra and LucasArts, strategy such as Civilization, and the first-person shooters Wolfenstein 3D and Doom. Here they run in DOSBox, in the browser.
